Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership(absent), James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol (absent), Mike Ripley- Black Powder & Junior Rifle(Absent), Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:    Nothing new to announce. 

Pop: no report

Rental Committee Report:  Peggy turned in $625, $150 to be refunded for deposit.  Range rental on Sept. 28 and 29.

Pistol Team:  No report.  22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Tom turned in $106 from the winter league.  Due to ammo shortage, there won’t be Tuesday night practices yet.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets.  Anyone is welcome to come and shoot. 

Black Powder:  No report.

Meat Shoot:  No report.  Meat shoots are on the 2^nd Sunday of each month at 11:00 am.  

Junior Rifle Team:  No report.  Shooting will be on the 1^st and 3^rd Monday of each month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2.  Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest. 

Archery:  The 20, 30, 40-yard range is open down at the end of trap fields.    

Fun Indoor Shoot:  No report.  They normally shoot every Monday at 10 am-till shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:   Chris collected $275, maintenance fund $, general fund $, key cards ?.  New members ?.  Current membership is 480 senior life/charter members, ? total club members.

Old Business:  Bob Rothhaar, Tom Horstman, Jim Hacke, and Brad Wheeler burned the old sheds and garage.    

New Business:  Member brought up that there was debris at the rifle range footbridge (A new member removed immediately after the meeting ended), Thank You for doing that.  The register behind the indoor pistol backstop was leaking.
